There are not enough words to describe how amazing Lucy and her team of girls are. From the relaxing ambiance to the cleanliness and attention to every detail. The most professional and well educated girls have ever met. Absolutely each and every person there is so amazing and attentive. Having had some major cosmetic surgery, I learned very early on the importance of lymphatic massages and body contouring and Lucy and the team do a great job of explaining every detail of why they are using what they are using, the benefits of using them and the outcome. The massages are not for the faint of heart, however worth all the soreness afterwards. Highly, highly recommend getting your massages and body treatments with them. Scheduling is a breeze and the girls will answer any question no matter how silly you may think it may seem. Even better you can get all of your post surgical supplies from pillows, fajas you name it. Even have someone on site that will adjust them for you as you need! Lucy and her massage angels are the best!

I am a picky nurse who pay attention to small details (sometimes too much). I took a long time searching for the best Massage Therapist I could find in my area. When I came accross Lucy Acosta, I did not jump in right away. I went to the place to look at it. I went inside looking for info (price, kind of massages, type of certifications the therapist had... etc). As I was talking to Lucy and asking many questions, I was inspecting the place, almost with X-ray vision, lol. The place looked clean, nicely decorated. It has different treatment rooms. I saw her license and certifications on the wall. Also awards she have earned (several of them). Well, that first visit passed the first inspection (many more to come, I thoughtto myself). I read all the reviews and decided to make an appointment. I have had about 13 massages/treatments with her. She just doesn't do "massages", she assess your needs and based on her extensive knowledges she creates a treatment plan depending on your specific needs. She has all the equipments that may be needed for the type of treatment recommended for any type of surgery, medical issues or concerns about your body you may have. I am NOT a person who likes to write reviews on any business or person because I believe every experience is very personal and sometimes, it is a matter of perception. My experience with Lucy and her treatments have been so incredible, that she deserves for me to write this long review. If you are looking for a true professional in the massage therapy world, just go and visit Lucy and do an assessment of her and her place. You will not be disappointed.

Prior to my surgery I did my research on lymphatic massages I am so glad that I found LA Massage by Design, Lucy is a miracle worker! She is so knowledgeable and caring and has exceeded my expectations. After 4 massages I can already see such an improvement and feel so much better. I highly recommend LA Massage by Design!

Lucy is amazing and I’m beyond blessed to have found her. If you're looking for a great massage place after cosmetic surgery, Lucy is the one to see. she is so amazing and so knowledgeable about the post op care and explains everything to you from start to finish and she truly cares about you and allows you to be yourself and express your emotions throw this process. She is very compassionate about your end results and is very honest. I am 7 weeks post op Lipo 360 and since coming to Lucy my body is transforming amazingly and I owe all that to her. She also offers all different types of Fajas for you that are also amazing and worth the money. What ever type of surgery you had she has everything you will need and also has someone there that does alterations and adjustments for you as your body will continue to change from Lucy shaping your body to give you the best result. I don’t think I would’ve been able to go throw this process with anyone else besides Lucy.

Lucy is amazing and well rounded! She is very knowledgeable and informative. Her products are a game changer! I recently got the waist belt with the board built in. This product is convenient and comfortable. You have the capability to remove the board for bed and the belt is light weight and discrete. I previously bought a foam belt from another provider and I looked like a marshmallow. Everyone could tell something was off but with Lucy’s product you don’t even notice. She’s hands down the best!!!!

I love this place. Lucy knows what she doing. I was blow away by her knowledge and great customer service, but most of all how willing she was to help and she takes her profession personal- She thrives on seeing results and that make me happy and want to go back again and again. I came to Lucy 8 days post op. My body felt battered and I still had a drain in. It seems counterintuitive but you really do need healing and therapeutic touch. I found Lucy on line. When I came in, I felt frayed and vulnerable. I could barely talk. She gently helped me to get comfortable and as she began working on me, she talked me through all of the emotions that I was having. She told me about all of the ups and downs of the recovery process. It was as if she read my mind. She was an angel to me. She helped me through some of the hardest weeks of my life. Each week it comes together more and more. No matter where I am in my process, she is entirely aware and able to walk me through it. Love her. Grateful for her gift.

5 ⭐️ Service 5 ⭐️ Knowledge 5 ⭐️ Safe space 5 ⭐️ Compassionate 5 ⭐️ Professional I obviously can go on and on. I found LA Massage by googling post op massage, based on the location I decided to go. My advice for everything is: Do your homework! I thought I did my homework enough. I went down a rabbit hole of reading everything on my surgery. Hearing Doctors advices and hearing patients who did the surgery. I researched what the surgery was and the post op recovery. What I didn’t really understand was post op (care) is very 1 very important and 2 is very complicated. I didn’t realize until talking to Lucy that my body sees the surgery as a huge injury and my healing JOURNEY will have ups and downs. I needed someone compassionate and knowledgeable. People come into your life for a reason. Lucy is the person I need in this post op journey. Thank you for everything. PS. Lucy is a very honorable and honest human. An example of this is she has post op products which are great (honestly the best around) but she doesn’t ever offer them. She doesn’t say oh you should buy mine. She isn’t about taking advantage of people.

OMG way before I got my surgery I was afraid of going to too many places before I found a good one. I thank God my sister referred me to Lucy and it’s was my only best choice. On my first day Lucy explain to me how the journey would be and at the end it would be worth. They are so professional and really nice all the girls are there especially Jodi, she gave me all the tips and a good torturing messages which to get you the best result you want. Choose this place for your massages after your surgery you would not regret it. Actually been going there for a month now. Bought a package with them already, and looking to get another 10 again. The place it’s amazing beautiful just like their personalities and she treats you like family and she’s very funny you will leave this place pain free and a smile on your face.

How can anyone just not adore Lucy?!! She is literally everything! Been coming to her for a few weeks every morning for my chin post-op. She educates you, makes you feel super comfortable and truly puts her heart into her work. I love my results and it's worth every penny. The place is immaculate also. Lucy is very professional. She is very knowledge abut the process of the surgery and different stages of your recovery process. In addition, she has the latest technology to help with your surgery and awesome massage therapist. She is definitely someone you want to have during your stages of recovery to help guide you through the process. I had a breast augmentation and tummy tuck and she did a fantastic job with my scar tissue, swelling, and my emotional state.
