Lucy and her team are amazing! Me and my husband both received multiple Post Surgery Massages. Depending on what our needs were that visit, they would customize our massage. Love that they have so many options/equipment to help you get the best results. She made us feel so comfortable and was very knowledgeable. Scheduling appointments online was nice and easy. I highly recommend going to LA Massage by design.

If you're looking for a great massage place after cosmetic surgery, Lucy is the one to see. she is so amazing and so knowledgeable about the post op care and explains everything to you from start to finish and she truly cares about you and allows you to be yourself and express your emotions throw this process. She is very compassionate about your end results and is very honest. I am 7 weeks post op Lipo 360 and since coming to Lucy my body is transforming amazingly and I owe all that to her. She also offers all different types of Fajas for you that are also amazing and worth the money. What ever type of surgery you had she has everything you will need and also has someone there that does alterations and adjustments for you as your body will continue to change from Lucy shaping your body to give you the best result. I don’t think I would’ve been able to go throw this process with anyone else besides Lucy.

Lucy is very professional. She is very knowledge abut the process of the surgery and different stages of your recovery process. In addition, she has the latest technology to help with your surgery and awesome massage therapist. She is definitely someone you want to have during your stages of recovery to help guide you through the process. I had a breast augmentation and tummy tuck and she did a fantastic job with my scar tissue, swelling, and my emotional state.

How can anyone just not adore Lucy?!! She is literally everything! Been coming to her for a few weeks every morning for my chin post-op. She educates you, makes you feel super comfortable and truly puts her heart into her work. I love my results and it's worth every penny. The place is immaculate also. Lucy is amazing and well rounded! She is very knowledgeable and informative. Her products are a game changer! I recently got the waist belt with the board built in. This product is convenient and comfortable. You have the capability to remove the board for bed and the belt is light weight and discrete. I previously bought a foam belt from another provider and I looked like a marshmallow. Everyone could tell something was off but with Lucy’s product you don’t even notice. She’s hands down the best!!!!

My advice for everything is: Do your homework! I thought I did my homework enough. I went down a rabbit hole of reading everything on my surgery. Hearing Doctors advices and hearing patients who did the surgery. I researched what the surgery was and the post op recovery. What I didn’t really understand was post op (care) is very 1 very important and 2 is very complicated. I didn’t realize until talking to Lucy that my body sees the surgery as a huge injury and my healing JOURNEY will have ups and downs. I needed someone compassionate and knowledgeable. People come into your life for a reason. Lucy is the person I need in this post op journey. Thank you for everything. PS. Lucy is a very honorable and honest human. An example of this is she has post op products which are great (honestly the best around) but she doesn’t ever offer them. She doesn’t say oh you should buy mine. She isn’t about taking advantage of people.

I am a picky nurse who pay attention to small details (sometimes too much). I took a long time searching for the best Massage Therapist I could find in my area. When I came accross Lucy Acosta, I did not jump in right away. I went to the place to look at it. I went inside looking for info (price, kind of massages, type of certifications the therapist had... etc). As I was talking to Lucy and asking many questions, I was inspecting the place, almost with X-ray vision, lol. The place looked clean, nicely decorated. It has different treatment rooms. I saw her license and certifications on the wall. Also awards she have earned (several of them). Well, that first visit passed the first inspection (many more to come, I thoughtto myself). I read all the reviews and decided to make an appointment. I have had about 13 massages/treatments with her. She just doesn't do "massages", she assess your needs and based on her extensive knowledges she creates a treatment plan depending on your specific needs. She has all the equipments that may be needed for the type of treatment recommended for any type of surgery, medical issues or concerns about your body you may have. I am NOT a person who likes to write reviews on any business or person because I believe every experience is very personal and sometimes, it is a matter of perception. My experience with Lucy and her treatments have been so incredible, that she deserves for me to write this long review. If you are looking for a true professional in the massage therapy world, just go and visit Lucy and do an assessment of her and her place. You will not be disappointed.
